Accuracy

is a number of seconds lost while gathering the data from Xbox Live. 100% means my scripts worked this period without downtime, 50% means that half of the period was lost. This is for understanding the measurement error

Sampling

is how often measurement performed for every individual gamer. 20:00 means I check gamer's presence every 20 minutes
