There are two fields in the Xbox profile: "Bio" and "Location". Not everyone, to put it mildly, fills them out, and, what's a shame, there is no search for these fields. Search for people only searches for gamertags.
It was decided to partially correct this shortcoming. Partially, because, despite the fact that I collect information on many players by brute force, it is simply impossible to go through them all, and besides, I am only really interested in those who have not set "Invisible" in their profile, have not closed their security settings and for whom I was able to get the language/country from the clips/screenshots made by the player.
As we can see, the restrictions are strict, but a number of million players (at the moment) were collected in this way. What I mean is that don't expect to find your gamertag in the list. Most likely, you were not included in the sample. But there is no need to be sad. Even from my small town near Moscow, there was a person who was found.
It's not obvious: if the text doesn't fit in the field, and some people write treatises on the page there, then you can click on it, and a window with the full text will open.
You can also search by games. If you're looking for someone who played a rare game, you can get a list of such citizens who launched the title after February 2024 — the moment when I started collecting global statistics.
Clicking on the gamertag will open the player's profile on the Xbox website, and you can add them as a friend or write a message.
It can mercilessly slow down on some searches! Up to half a minute!!! Be patient, even such slowdowns are better than nothing. I'll try to understand why instead of a normal GIN index there is a search by primary key, but later.
